Does anyone know if that show on MTV my super sweet 16 is just another staged bull crap show ?

I ask because i have seen many and when they did the exile with some of the kids from that show, i saw one girl that when she had her party she got this luxury truck,or car not exactly sure,but when they showed her driving home(because she supposedly didn't know she was being exiled) she pulled up in a Hoopdy,.now don't get me wrong my babies a Hoopdy,but , is that all bull? It's the girl Chelsi and she jumps out of an old Pontiac to go grab some money from her mom.just curious. hmmmm
