Your CPU is ancient, most likely a single core. Also, your RAM is VERY VERY VERY LOW! You need more RAM! Also, when the Nvidia logo pops up, it'll still kind of stay there, so you have to click and the game will continue loading. So try clicking after the Nvidia logo. If that doesn't work, it's probably your PC. :o
