A mive uptick in suicide sweeps America from economic woes. How is that stimulus pork helping?

It has no effect. Only about 4% has been spent and the majority of it isnt scheduled to be spent until 2012. More pork than stimullus in that one. Thats what happens when you rush legislation through congress. Everybody throws in a pet project for their constituents or contributors and america gets to pick up the check.
