I heard this sound like christmas ornament falling on the ground while i was on the phone line, help!!!?

I need to know if my phone is tapped.I was talking to my dad on my home phone and i heard that sound. i've never heard it before. the sound came from the line because my dad heard it too. I asked him if anything fell. He said no, and nothing in my house fell down either. Like i said it sounded like christmas ornament falling on a concrete floor, they didn't crash but they sounded like multiple bouncing on the ground. Is my phone tapped? please if you have any info on what this might be please post an answer. Thanks.
