If i did bad my sophmore year can i still get into colllege?

Hey guys I am currently a sophmore in highschool I had a 3.1gpa for freshman year and now I have a 2.2 Ive gotten mixed up with the wrong crowd and whatnot I recieved a 57-65 PSAT / NMSQT scored higher than 94% of the other kids in the country and I have a projected SAT range of 570-670 lets SO what do you guys think I want to go to college and I would be willing to do nothing but school work for the last two years of high school I really dont want to work at mcdonalds...I am a huge slacker :( I just want to get into a state school graduate get a job and live my life
