Need to improve my complexion?

Please guys I need to improve my looks and complexion as soon as possible. Only 5 days remaining in my brother's wedding and I don't know that how am I going to welcome guests with dirty looks( I do not want to let this happen). I have tried different fairness creams and face wash but NO positive result is seen yet. Please save me
