What does this dream mean ? i dont know if its just a weird dream or has meaning?

so in my dream i am walking in middle of a empty road street path i dont know and my right lung colapses like in real life it hurts then i get a bad cut slightly under my chest and i am still walking but dont want to stop i keep walking my friends and family tell me to let them help i refuse and keep walking i dont collapse ever in the dream but i can tell it was very painfull it looked like i was horibly ill and dieng fast but refused to die any ways i awoke and imidiatly checked to see if any thing proved the dream nothing was amis in my bed or near me what might it mean ?
