Which GM do you think is the worst in basketball right now?

I would have to say every LA Clipper GM in history for never even putting together a team that remotely had a chance at even making it to the NBA Finals let alone winning it, but that may also have something to do with ownership not wanting to pay the players, but that is my pick as well as ISIAH THOMAS, he's no longer an NBA GM but he should still get consideration
