Anyone knows about immigration law please?

I really need some immigration help here.Please!I came here on a fiancee visa to marry my husband-now,have a family and start from there. But things started to get so dirty between us when i got pregnant. He demanded i'll get abortion but i chose to keep it. He threatened to have me deported, all kinds of stuff to hurt me if i wont but it still didnt change my mind. Anyway, now i gave birth to a healthy baby boy, but it didnt make things better. We still get into arguments/fights a lot of times over the abortion issue and it just hurts me so much of how blind i was to believe that he is someone i could spend the rest of my life with. Most of the time that we argue he would say things like he'll leave me all alone to raise my son and all kinds of hurtful things he could come up with. How can i stay here legally if i divorce him? i havent have my adjustment of status interview yet. oh he has a domestice violence record when he got physical with me bec. of the abortion issue.
