So 1 out of a 100 how bad is this?

7 month relationship and when i broke up with her it was over a text msged?...i know it was wrong...but i wasent brave enough to tell her in person or over the phone...and the reason was bec i was stressed out big time her and her mom were driving me crazy with all there nagging....couldnt take it anymore
