Currently I am using Rimmel Recover Illuminating Anti-fatigue Foundation. Although I really like it, they unfortunately made a new version of it and the new one sucks. We got new tiles and the floor is very slippery. My dog slips (12 year old Dalmatian) so I was wondering?

I never tried the socks but i did use the boots on my older shepherd which worked well. As long as the dog keeps them on they should be ok. I also found that getting rubbed backed carpet runner works well too for the older dog. I got some for in all the rooms that had tile or hard wood floors for my dog and they worked great for her. She got to go everywhere and stayed on the carpet instead of the tile and hard wood floor.

It sounds like the keyboard is failing, as that would explain the page freezing etc. The keyboard has a high priority and if it fails you won't be able to boot up until you replace it. Testing a Zener Diode in a Solid State Pinball Machine?

I was testing a voltage in a Bally pinball machine at on the voltage/solenoid board and accidentally touched a zener diode and it sparked off. I took out my multi-meter (mm) and set it to the diode tester. I wanted to see if I fried the zener diode. With the power to the machine "off" I placed the mm probe on both sides of the zener diode. One way it read .0000 the other way it read 1.549. Is this a legit way of testing the diode to see whether I fried it or not. If so, based on what I got am I "ok" or did I fry it? Anyone knowing the Bally Solenoid board I was checking TP4 and accidentally touched VR1 zener diode. BTW, what does the VR1 control? Any help appreciated. Thanks!

My mom thinks I have aspergers?

Well my mom thinks I have aspergers because I don't really hang out with anybody. The thing is though that I really don't think I do, and I think my mom is just trying to say something is wrong with me so she doesn't have to take the blame for my problems, which probably could be caused by the fact that she pretty much had me raised in a crackhouse. Although I don't really hang out with anybody, I am still sociable and funny, and the problem is that sometimes I can be quiet and although some days I can be funny it is inconsistent, and also I am afraid of asking people to hangout because Im afraid of rejection. I really don't get angry and am probably one of the nicest people you will meet though. One of the main reasons my mom thinks I have aspergers though is because when I was younger, I used to run around the house in a loop(down the hallway, through the kitchen, on the couch) I admit that that is weird and a bit abnormal, but even that I don't really think is a sign, because, even though it seems like ritualistic behavior, it was more a creative outlet, and when I ran, that's when I felt most creative, and also that loop was the easiest way to run in the house. Another reason why my mom thinks I have it is because I do have very strong interests. Now I think this might be my mom's strongest point but I think It might be caused by something else, and even though I do have strong interests, It isn't all I talk about(I actually rarely talk about them unless It is what the conversation is on.) For example probably one my first interests was toy trains, and right now my interest is snowboarding. Also I don't think strong interests are anything out of the normal, because even though I own a lot of snowboard videos and snowboard every chance possible, I hear about other snowboarders that do the same exact thing, and also isn't clumsiness a main symptom of aspergers? Another reason why I don't think I have it is because I am very creative and artistic, and I want to be a film director when I get older, and I read somewhere that people with aspergers are very logical and not really creative. You will likely start to know when things are getting closer. More braxston hicks contractions, the baby will start to move lower, turn, put more pressure lower, and eventually contractions. This is uming you are made properly. I know that sounds bad, but I don't know the reason for your first c section. Sometimes the pelvic floor isn't large enough to allow the baby to drop down into the c so you would likely never dialate completely, or if you did the baby wouldn't drop completely. Good luck. I know it sucks having to wait.

I have windows vista, and whenever I try to download a game (such as big fish), it will download it..but when it gets to the "activate" part, a box opens up that says "__ game has stopped working. I would probably wait until 2009, depending on how badly you need to use it. I didn't find too much of a difference between SPSS v 15 to SPSS v16 to be honest. I know insomnia occurs by many things. But mine is just lack of energy I believe. It's a real hle sometimes since I upload like five thousand word chapters that I need to then go through after I upload them. Harvesting Garlic?

I planted one bulb of garlic in late May that I had leftover from the store to see if it would grow- I put it about 3 or 4 inches under the soil and on a slope that gets part sun and shade. To my suprise, it grew and the leaves are about a foot tall! The leaves are starting to turn yellow and wilt- when do I know to take the garlic out? I stopped watering it. For anyone with kids. What would be your reaction to the following?

My (now ex-) boyfriend and i recently had a hugh following out. He lost complete control of his temper. Ten to 15 minutes into the fight I left and went and got a friend to come sit while he packed. I held on to the cell phone in case he got worse in front of both me and my friend. His temper kept getting worse and I stayed calm and silent...letting him blow up. He said and did something very inproperate and I threw the cell down the hall. He grabbed my 9 year old daughter's baby album (who I have NOT seen in almost 2 years since I lost her in a very bad custody battle) and threw it in the toilet!!!! Luckly I got it out before any thing was completely destored. To me that meant his cell phone (which his cousin gave him and costed $30.oo at wal-mart) as much as those 7 years of my life with her. He says he is sorry but I cant just accept Im sorry for something like that. He tried to take something from me I can never get back...my daughter's first 7 years of her life!! Is my reaction out of line? Is it possible to forgive someone for something like that?? Im being told I am over reacting and just crazy by his family and friends. Am I?? How do I remove an unused fireplace?

I am trying to remove a fireplace from an upstairs bedroom, Its an ugly old steel surround with a moulded concrete backing that protrudes about 3 inches from a concrete wall. To remove the concrete backing should I just break it away from the wall with a chisel or sledgehammer? And would I then remove the rear bricks etc in the fireplace opening? After that I should be able brick the opening up I think? Any suggestions?

How to help a sick rat?

5 days ago i got 2 baby pet rats, today however one of them is sick, He is not moving much at all and was colder than normal, He is very very sluggish and seems to just be sleeping, Their water and food has gone down, quite a bit, but as there is two of them in there I'm not a hundred per cent sure if he is eating and drinking, Up until this morning he was very lively and running around and playing fine. I have looked some things up and know i need to keep him warm, i have put a t shirt in with him and snuggled him up in it, i have also put in some fresh carrots and made sure there water is fresh. I can't get him to the vets myself and as my boyfriend works we wont be able to get him to one till Saturday morning. Is there anything i can do to help get him better??

Could I be having a reaction to Advair?

In Sept I started Advair. Within 5 days my voice was high pitched and my head was stuffy. I took it for 1 week (now 24 puffs) and I had a sinus infection with ear infections and bronchitis. I stopped the Advair and started cefuroxime & methylprednisolone along with mucinex. After this regimen I was any better. The Dr. then prescribed augmentin and hycodan syrup. I've had a chest x-ray that was negative. Now it is December, I still have the bronchitis/sinusitis along with laryngitis. I cannot speak at all, still coughing/gagging from drainage/scratchy throat/congested head. So now the Dr has prescribed the z-Pac and has scheduled me with an allergist. I have mentioned the Advair several times and wonder if this didn't cause my problems since it all started within five days of first puff.

How will i stand with my Dogs Vet Bills Insurance?

My 10 year old Cavalier KC was off colour on Friday and ate little, on Saturday she did not move from her bed all day, nor eat, and had a mild discharge from he tail end. Same thing on Sunday when she seemed worse and very weak. The so called 'emergency vet' number was not manned so i could not get her into the vets until Monday morning, They kept her in all day and she had x rays, blood and urine samples etc. These showed a nasty combination of things, enlarged heart, damaged liver and severe infection of the uterous. She is now having anti-biotics, diuretics and pain killers and there will obviously be on-going expenses. Now she has had health insurance since she was a pup though it has never been called upon. Apart from the mandatory excess her insurance will cover the present bills and treatment BUT her annual policy runs out on 5th December. this will be automatically renewed unless i cancel my direct debit. But my question is as it retains the same policy number will her ongoing expenses' be met in the future or are the insurance company likely to pull out the rug on 5th December and refuse any claims next year as it does not cover for 'existing conditions' and by renewal time presumably her woes will be an existing condition.
